Tools to keep PowerPoint on-brand at scale

Anyone here using Templafy, Marq, or a Figma-to-PowerPoint workflow to keep internal decks consistent? We crank out about 25 internal comms presentations a month (HR updates, exec town halls), and I’m looking for a resource or setup that auto-updates brand fonts/colors and locked master slides across a 2,500-person org.

At our about 3k org, we solved the ‘auto-updates brand fonts/colors’ bit by publishing a single.thmx in a SharePoint Organization Assets library so it shows as the default template in PowerPoint, then using Templafy’s update check to reapply theme colors and keep master layouts locked (Create an organization assets library - SharePoint in Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn). Caveat: Designer can inject off-brand layouts, so we disable it on that template and it’s been solid at about 25 decks/month.

@jameson_l > “Designer can inject off-brand layouts” — agreed; we pair a locked.potm with a tiny auto-run macro that maps any non-theme RGB to the nearest theme color and runs ReplaceFonts before save, which keeps pasted slides and rogue styles on-brand at scale. Want the macro gist?

Skip the add-ins if you can: deploy a signed blank.potx via Intune/Endpoint to %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates as “blank.potx” so every new deck (all 25/mo) starts on-brand and updates across your 2,500 with each sync… Pair it with M365 Cloud Fonts and switch off “Design Ideas” in Cloud Policy to curb drift, @jameson_l. Are you already on Intune, or would a lightweight MSI push be simpler?
