Navigating design roles in a remote environment

I’ve been working as a UI/UX designer for about four years, and transitioning to a fully remote setup has its challenges. I’ve noticed differences in collaboration tools and feedback loops compared to in-person settings. How are others adjusting their design processes and maintaining team synergy while working from home?

It can be tricky to have that spontaneous creative flow when everyone’s scattered. I find regular check-ins really help keep the energy up and ideas flowing — something like a quick daily stand-up can make a difference. Have you tried setting up a design critique session weekly? It can really encourage collaboration.
