Figma components or Photoshop artboards for ads

I’m building visual comps for a retail promo rollout (social + display), and our creative team needs 24 sizes by 4 p.m.; torn between staying in Figma components for speed or jumping to Photoshop artboards for texture-heavy headlines. If you’ve bounced between both on campaign work, what’s your workflow for keeping type styles and export specs consistent across sizes without breaking the team’s review flow?
