Anyone else fighting mobile Safari’s 100vh weirdness

I’m chasing layout jumps on iOS where a full-height hero set to 100vh shifts when the URL bar hides/shows - dvh helps, but then older devices and webviews mess with it. What’s your go-to for responsive sections that need true screen height without jitter: svh/dvh fallbacks, clamp() tricks, or a tiny JS resize observer?

I default to 100svh; for flaky webviews, set --vh via debounced resize and use calc(). That help?
